Negative Numbers

Nika ends up in a juvenile detention center on behalf of his older brother. Negative Numbers is a story about Nika and his fellow inmates.

As he prepares for a revolt following the order of his older brother, Nika starts to have doubts about the values that he has followed.

The film is about Nika’s journey to stand alone as an individual, setting himself free from the rules of the criminal world he has followed unconsciously, as well as the mental growth of Nika and his fellows, who are on the cusp between adolescence and adulthood.

The contrast between the juvenile detention center and rugby training sessions is used as a medium to touch the issue of freedom metaphorically.
