A Korean Air executive who delayed a plane because of served nuts has resigned, the airline says. The transport authorities are investigating whether Ms Cho’s actions infringed aviation law.

인도, 성폭행혐의 택시업체 ‘우버’ 영업금지 판결
유사콜택시 업체 우버(Uber)의 운전기사가 성폭행으로 고소됐다. 사건에 연류된 택시기사는 지난 금요일 26세 여성을 성폭행한 혐의를 받고 있다. 또한 인도 당국은 허가받지 않은 인터넷 택시업체들의 영업을 금지시켰다.

A former Romanian diplomat convicted for a deadly 2009 hit-and-run accident in Singapore died on Tuesday in a Bucharest jail hospital, local media reported. Lonescu was found guilty of manslaughter for hitting three pedestrians in December 2009. The court also found him guilty of inflicting injuries and fleeing from the location of the crash.

Uber Is Ordered by Spain and Thailand to Halt Operations
In Madrid, a commercial court judge sided with a taxi association complaint, saying that Uber must cease driving in Spain until a lawsuit contesting its right to operate can be heard. In Bangkok, the Thai transport authorities ordered Uber to shut down after finding that its drivers lacked the registration and insurance needed to operate commercial vehicles, Reuters reported.
