미르지요예프 우즈벡 대통령 연임 성공…80.4% 득표

[아시아엔=딜무로드 주마바에브 우즈벡 <보디미디어> 편집장] 24일 실시된 우즈베키스탄 대통령 선거에서 자유민주당 소속 샤프카트 미르지요예프 대통령이 80.1%의 득표율로 임기 5년의 연임에 성공했다.

자이니딘 니잠호드예프 중앙선거관리위원장은 25일 오후(현지시각) 이같은 내용의 선거 결과를 발표했다. 선관위에 따르면 전날 실시된 대선에 총 유권자 2015만8907명 가운데 1621만2343명이 투표한 가운데(투표율 80.4%) 미르지요예프 대통령이 80.1%를 득표했으며 △인민민주당 막수다 보리소바 후보 6.6% △민주당 알리셰르 코디로프 후보 5.5% △생태주의당 나르줄로 오보무라도프 4.1% △사회민주당 바흐롬 압둘할리모프 후보 3%를 각각 얻었다.

대통령 선거는 24일 오전 8시 시작해 오후 8시 마감됐다. 이번 선거 참관을 위해 국제기구 대표 960여명 우즈벡에 입국했다. 이들 가운데는 OECD와 상하이 협력기구, 독립국가연합, CIS 의회, 이슬람협력기구 등에서 파견된 340여명이 포함되어 있다.

이번 우즈벡 대선에선 국내의 경우 14개 광역 선거구에 10,761개의 투표소가 설치됐다. 또 해외의 경우 54개 주재국 대사관과 37개국 영사관에 해외투표소가 설치됐다.

President of Uzbekistan Mirziyoyev reelected for second term

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has been re-elected for a second five-year term, winning 80.1% of the vote in Sunday’s Elections, Chairman of Central Election Commission of Uzbekistan Zayniddin Nizamkhodjaev said on Monday.

According to results of the elections that took place on 24 October, a total of 16,212,343 citizens or 80.4% of the total registered number of voters (20,158,907) cast their votes.

Maksuda Vorisova of the People’s Democratic Party of Uzbekistan received 6,6%, Alisher Kodirov running on behalf of Milliy Tiklanish Democratic Party 5,5%, leader of Ecological Party Narzullo Oblomuradov 4,1% and Bahrom Abdukhalimov of Social Democratic Party Adolat received 3,4%.

Polling stations have opened their doors in Uzbekistan at 8:00 AM.

More than 960 international observers have been accredited by the Central Election Commission to observe the elections.

Of these, more than 620 are from international organizations, including the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe and the Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.

The list also includes Shanghai Cooperation Organization, Commonwealth of Independent States and CIS Interparliamentary Assembly, the Turkic Council, Parliamentary Assembly of the Turkic Council and Organization of Islamic Cooperation and 340 are from foreign countries.

According to the figures, 14 districts and 10,761 polling stations have been created for the presidential elections and 54 polling stations have been established at embassies and consular offices in 37 states, as well as 316 additional mobile polling stations in 128 cities, including in 11 states where there are no diplomatic missions of Uzbekistan.
