Whenever someone thinks of Pakistan, all that comes to his mind is terrorism, extremism, sectarianism etc. but the fact is contrary to it. Life goes on very smoothly and people from all around the world use to visit Pakistan and enjoy worth-loving and beautiful landscape of my country.

Pakistan is full of breathtaking locations which will make you fall in love with this country all over again. If you love travelling then you must compile a list of places before planning a visit to Pakistan.

Pakistan has stunning tourist spots and historic places including beautiful beaches, snow-clad mountains, hill stations, lush green valleys, lakes, rivers, deserts, hundreds of archeological sites including those of great Indus civilization and Buddhist and Jain era, traditional old villages, historic Sufi shrines, and also the forests etc.

Majority of foreign tourists use to visit Northern areas of Pakistan, but I would suggest the Korean tourists to explore and enjoy the mysterious land of Sindh province, in South of Pakistan. The Korean companies too have vast potential to invest in tourism sector in Sindh. Your experience here would, indeed be, unforgettable:

Karachi beaches

There are several beautiful beach spots including Clifton, Hawks Bay and Mubarak village, the second largest fishermen village in Karachi. The landscape encircles a stark contrast of golden hills and turquoise clear waters.

Away from the city frenzy, these places welcome you with a lot of love. At Mubarak Village, soon as you park near the shore, numerous boats are anchored floating on crystal clear waters, beneath the expansive blue sky.

Kheerthar Mountain

The Kheerthar Mountain range stretches from outskirts of coastal city Karachi from South to North serving as a natural border between the provinces of Sindh and Balochistan. This mountain range includes the scenic Gorakh Hill (5700ft), Kutte Ji Qabar (6877ft) and Bandu Ji Qabar (7112ft).

This region is not just known for its breathtaking beauty but also for its rich history. Spread across 150 miles, it is an ideal tourist spot due to several streams, springs and historic locations. The local population is eager to welcome visitors and want to make this area a better place.

Ranikot Fort

The centuries old Ranikot, built on Kheerthar hills with a circumference of about 26 km, is the largest Fort in the world. Known as ‘Great Wall of Sindh’, this place has potential to develop it as a major tourist attraction. This fort is easily accessible from Karachi through the highway. The Ranikot is some 30km away from Indus highway in the West. Even though the road is in pathetic condition, the distance can be covered in 30 to 40 minutes.

Gorak Hill Station

Snowfall in Sindh ? sounds more like fantasy but no, there’s one place in Sindh where it really snows in winter to the extent that in 2008 the mountains got entirely covered with a layer of snow. Gorakh is a scenic plateau situated at a height of over 5,700ft and is part of the Kheerthar Mountain Range. When it sizzles all around Sindh, the temperature at Gorakh during the day is hardly 25 degrees centigrade and 5 degrees centigrade at night. A restaurant and over a dozen of rooms are built for tourists with all facilities.

Karonjhar ? a mountain in desert

Thar ? a desert located along Indian border in the east, is blessed with Karonjhar Mountain. The area is abode of ancient Hindu, Budhhist and Jain Temples. Hindu pilgrims from around the world use to visit these temples.
